Mind-Body Classes

Mind-Body classes were designed by Wynn to help you feel your best so that you can keep doing the activities that you love. Each Mind-Body Class starts with a breathing and relaxation portion to promote overall health and support the main focus of each session. The props that Wynn uses in each class can be purchased online here, but you can also use what you have at home, as described by Wynn in each class. Mind-Body classes are for anyone – no matter your background, level of activity, flexibility or age! The majority of classes were recorded from online streaming sessions given during the pandemic lockdowns. However, Wynn is still recording and adding new classes periodically.
