As an athlete, coach, and physiotherapist, Wynn’s passions have always focused on creating long-term success – either on or off the track, helping people become more aware of their bodies to help maintain long term health and mobility. As he is now winding down his practice and approaching retirement, Wynn has decided to share his knowledge by offering access to his mind-body classes and coaching modules. The mind-body classes are for anyone wanting to improve their mental and physical health, along with mobility.
