free mind-body class
Below is one of Wynn’s mind-body classes. We are giving access to this class for free. Click on the image below the disclaimer to start the video. All other classes are similar in that they all start with a relaxation portion, but then will target different areas of the body. This class is a universal session – it has a little bit of everything. For this class, you may use the following props: 2 blankets, a yoga mat, a double tennis ball, an Orb or myofascial release ball, a lacrosse or tennis ball, a yoga block, a foam roller, a bolster, and a yoga strap.
